As a result of the significant number of persons and vehicle traffic who will be in attendance for the funeral of Merrillville Police Officer Nick Schultz and the route of the cortege that will move throughout the Merrillville Community, the school corporation will be closed on Monday, September 15th.

Our thoughts and prayers are with the family, friends, and loved ones of Officer Nick Schultz. We will resume regular school on Tuesday morning.
